黄芪建中汤配合西药对胃溃疡的治疗效果观察

Observation on the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction and western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法:收治胃溃疡患者58例,分为常规西医治疗组和黄芪建中汤治疗组,各29例。常规西医治疗组予以常规西医治疗,黄芪建中汤治疗组在此基础上联合黄芪建中汤治疗。结果:黄芪建中汤治疗组患者治疗总有效率显著高于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医用药治疗的基础上,联合黄芪建中汤治疗胃溃疡,可以取得更好的效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods：58 patients with gastric ulcer were selected.They were divided into the conventional western medicine group and the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction group,with 29 cases in each group.The conventional western medicine group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction group were treated with conventional western medicine combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction.Results：The total effective rate of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction group was significantly higher than that of the conventional western medicine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Based on the conventional western medicine treatment,Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer can achieve better results.
