参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心律失常的用药效果及价值探讨

Discussion on the effect and value of Shensong Yangxin capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia

目的:探讨参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心律失常的用药效果及价值。方法:收治冠心病心律失常患者80例,分两组。对照组用西药干预,治疗组在此基础上给予参松养心胶囊治疗。比较两组相关指标。结果:治疗组冠心病心律失常转归率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血压水平、心率和平均动脉压低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后治疗组缺血总负荷、血沉、心脏指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心律失常的用药效果及价值高,可改善患者血压、心功能和血流动力学,对预后有益。

Objective：To study the effect and value of Shensong Yangxin capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods：80 cases of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group used western medicine intervention.The treatment group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule on the basis of this.We compared the related indicators of the two groups.Results：The rate of cardiac arrhythmia in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The level of blood pressure,heart rate and mean arterial pressure after treatment in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total ischemic load,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and heart index in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect and value of Shensong Yangxin capsule in treating coronary heart disease arrhythmia is high,which can improve blood pressure,cardiac function and hemodynamics,and is beneficial for prognosis.
