炎琥宁联合α干扰素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染对症状恢复时间的影响

Influence on symptom recovery time of Yan Hu Ning combined with interferon-α in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children

目的:探讨炎琥宁联合α干扰素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染对症状恢复时间的影响。方法:收治急性上呼吸道感染患儿170例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用α干扰素治疗,观察组采用炎琥宁联合α干扰素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组各项临床症状恢复时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),hs-CRP、IL-6指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁联合α干扰素治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿可有效减少临床症状恢复时间,改善炎性因子水平,临床疗效确切、可靠。

Objective：To explore the influence on symptom recovery time of Yan Hu Ning combined with interferon-α in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods：170 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with interferon-α,and the observation group was treated by Yan Hu Ning combined with interferon-α.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：After treatment,the recovery time of all clinical symptoms in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of Yan Hu Ning combined with interferon-α in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children can effectively reduce the recovery time of clinical symptoms,improve the level of inflammatory factors,and the clinical effect was accurate and reliable.
