运用当归四逆汤治疗风寒湿痹证的心得

The experience of Danggui Sini decoction in the treatment of wind cold and damp arthralgia

目的:探讨当归四逆汤治疗风寒湿痹证的心得。方法:收治风寒湿痹症患者200例,采取当归四逆汤加减治疗。结果:经过8周治疗后,治疗总有效率94%;治疗后,患者症状、体征积分均有显著降低(P<0.05);RF、ESR、CRP均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:以当归四逆汤为主方,辨证加减治疗,能够有效地治疗风寒湿痹证。

Objective：To explore the experience of Danggui Sini decoction in the treatment of wind cold and damp arthralgia.Methods：200 patients with wind cold dampness arthralgia syndrome were selected.They were given Danggui Sini decoction treatment.Results：After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 94%;after treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）,and RF,ESR and CRP were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The angelica Danggui Sini decoction,syndrome differentiation and treatment,can effectively treat cold dampness arthralgia syndrome.
