摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT、能谱CT、MRI诊断原发性肝癌的临床价值。方法:收治疑似原发性肝癌患者60例,均采用螺旋CT、能谱CT、MRI诊断,比较诊断效果。结果:能谱CT诊断5例假阳性,螺旋CT诊断8例假阳性,MRI诊断10例假阳性(P>0.05);能谱CT诊断准确率为76.67%,MRI为70.0%,螺旋CT为51.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:能谱CT和MRI诊断原发性肝癌患者的准确率优于螺旋CT。
Objective:To explore the value of spiral CT,energy spectrum CT and MRI in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.Methods:60 patients with suspected primary liver cancer were selected,and they were diagnosed with spiral CT,CT,MRI.We compared the diagnosis results.Results:5 cases were false positive in spectrum CT diagnosis;8 cases were false positive in spiral CT diagnosis;10 cases were false positive in MRI diagnosis(P〉0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of CT was 76.67%;MRI was 70%;spiral CT was 51.67%;the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of energy spectrum CT and MRI in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer was better than that of spiral CT.
