螺旋CT、能谱CT和MRI诊断原发性肝癌的价值分析

Comparative analysis of the value of spiral CT,energy spectrum CT and MRI in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer

目的:探讨螺旋CT、能谱CT、MRI诊断原发性肝癌的临床价值。方法:收治疑似原发性肝癌患者60例,均采用螺旋CT、能谱CT、MRI诊断,比较诊断效果。结果:能谱CT诊断5例假阳性,螺旋CT诊断8例假阳性,MRI诊断10例假阳性(P>0.05);能谱CT诊断准确率为76.67%,MRI为70.0%,螺旋CT为51.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:能谱CT和MRI诊断原发性肝癌患者的准确率优于螺旋CT。

Objective：To explore the value of spiral CT,energy spectrum CT and MRI in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.Methods：60 patients with suspected primary liver cancer were selected,and they were diagnosed with spiral CT,CT,MRI.We compared the diagnosis results.Results：5 cases were false positive in spectrum CT diagnosis;8 cases were false positive in spiral CT diagnosis;10 cases were false positive in MRI diagnosis（P〉0.05）.The diagnostic accuracy of CT was 76.67%;MRI was 70%;spiral CT was 51.67%;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The accuracy of energy spectrum CT and MRI in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer was better than that of spiral CT.
