摘要
目的:探讨双源CT双能量技术在痛风诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:对疑似痛风患者实施DECT检查,分析DECT诊断痛风患者的临床价值、平均尿酸结晶盐体积与患者血尿酸水平的关系。结果:30例疑似患者,经临床确诊痛风患者20例,非痛风患者10例;患者血尿酸水平与踝关节、膝关节、腕关节尿酸盐结晶体积均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05);DECT诊断痛风灵敏度95.00%,特异度90.00%,漏诊率5.00%,误诊率10.00%。结论:DECT双能量技术在诊断痛风患者尿酸结晶盐中具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,能较好地检出痛风患者的尿酸结晶盐。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of dual source CT dual energy technique in the diagnosis of gout.Methods:Patients with suspected gout were given DECT examination.We analyzed the clinical value of DECT in the diagnosis of gout,relationship between the average volume of uric acid crystalline salt and the level of blood uric acid in patients.Results:Of 30 suspected patients,20 cases were diagnosed as gout,and 10 cases were non gout.The blood uric acid level showed significant positive correlation with the urate crystalline volume of ankle joint,knee joint and wrist joint(P〈0.05).The sensitivity of DECT in the diagnosis of gout was 95%;the specificity was 90%;the rate of missed diagnosis was 5%;the rate of misdiagnosis was 10%.Conclusion:DECT dual energy technique had high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of uric acid crystalline salt in gout patients.It can be used to detect the crystalline salt of uric acid in gout patients.
