神经内科护理中脑卒中康复护理的临床价值研究

Clinical value of cerebral apoplexy rehabilitation nursing in neurology nursing care

目的:探讨脑卒中康复护理的临床价值。方法:收治脑卒中患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加入康复护理措施。结果:护理后,两组患者的情况有了不同程度好转;试验组患者整体情况明显优于对照组,患者肢体运动功能的改善明显优于对照组,患者对护理更加满意,整体护理效果更佳。结论:脑卒中康复护理对脑卒中患者有着重要的作用,可以改善患者肢体运动功能,提高整体护理的效果,帮助患者更好、更快地恢复正常工作和生活。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of rehabilitation nursing for stroke.Methods：120 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was added to the rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.Results：After nursing,the situation of the two groups of patients has been improved to varying degrees.The overall condition of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group.The improvement of the motor function of the hind limbs is better than that of the control group,the patients were more satisfied with the nursing,and the overall nursing effect was more.Conclusion：Stroke rehabilitation nursing plays an important role in stroke patients.It can improve limb movement function,improve the effect of holistic nursing,and help patients recover better from normal work and life.
