舒适护理在妊高征患者手术中的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的:观察在妊娠高血压综合征患者手术中进行舒适护理的临床效果。方法:将行剖宫产术的妊高征患者92例,随机分试验组46例和对照组46例。对照组予常规护理,试验组予舒适护理,评估并比较两组患者的术后心理状态及两组新生儿的身体状况、住院天数与满意度。结果:护理后试验组患者评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在新生儿Apgar评分与住院天数方面,试验组更有优势(P<0.05);在患者满意度方面试验组亦有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论:在妊高征患者手术过程中予以舒适护理能有效减少患者抑郁与焦虑的发生,提高胎儿存活率以及护理满意度。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing care during the operation of the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods：92 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension after cesarean section were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=46）and the control group（n=46）.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comfortable nursing.The psychological status of the two groups of patients and the physical status of the two groups of newborns,the days of hospitalization and satisfaction were evaluated and compared.Results：The score of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing（P〈0.05）;in the neonatal Apgar score and hospital days,the experimental group had more advantages（P〈0.05）;in patients＇ satisfaction,the experimental group also had obvious advantages,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort care in the operation of pregnancy induced hypertension patients can effectively reduce the incidence of depression and anxiety,improve fetal survival rate and nursing satisfaction.
