压疮贴在脑外科术中压疮防护中的循证应用

Evidence based application of sore dressing patch in the protection of pressure sore in the department of cerebral surgery

目的:对比、分析不同患者使用压疮贴对压疮发生的影响,降低脑外科手术术中压疮发生率。方法:收治脑外科手术患者968例,均采用综合的压疮防护措施。对照组在此基础上全部使用无边型压疮贴,观察组选择性使用无边型压疮贴。比较两组患者压疮发生情况。结果:应用循证护理理念,观察组根据患者体重指数使用压疮贴的压疮发生率降低。结论:在采用综合的压疮防护措施的基础上,选择性使用无边型压疮贴,不同患者使用不同类型压疮贴能降低脑外科手术术中压疮发生率。

Objective：To compare and analyze the effect of sore dressing patch on pressure sore in different patients so as to reduce the incidence of pressure sore in the department of cerebral surgery.Methods：968 cases of surgical patients in the department of cerebral surgery were treated.They were all used a comprehensive pressure ulcer protection measures.On the basis of this,the control group all used the side type pressure sores,and the observation group selectively used boundless pressure ulcer stickers.The incidence of pressure ulcers in the two groups was compared.Results：Applying the nursing concept,the incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group decreased according to the BMI of patients using pressure ulcers.Conclusion：Based on comprehensive pressure ulcer protection measures,the selective use of borderless pressure ulcer paste,different types of patients with different pressure ulcer paste can reduce the incidence of intraoperative pressure ulcer surgery.
