临床路径在产褥感染护理中的应用

Analysis of the application of clinical pathway in nursing of puerperal infection

目的:探析临床路径在产褥感染护理中的应用效果。方法:收治产褥感染患者74例,平分两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组行临床护理路径,分析两组的护理效果。结果:通过护理,观察组住院时间比对照组短,观察组护理纠纷率低于对照组,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径对产褥感染效果理想,不仅能缩短住院时间,还能提升护理满意度。

Objective：To analyze the application effect of clinical pathway in nursing of puerperal infection.Methods：74 cases of puerperal infection were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group used clinical nursing path.We analyzed the nursing effect in the two groups.Results：Through nursing,the time of hospitalization of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the rate of nursing disputes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group;the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of clinical nursing path on puerperal infection is ideal.It can not only shorten the time of hospitalization,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing.
