康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后焦虑状态的影响

Influence of rehabilitation training on postoperative anxiety of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的:探讨个性化综合康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后焦虑状态的影响。方法:收治行经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组术后采用个性化综合康复训练,对照组采用常规康复方法,比较两组治疗效果。结果:术后3个月,两组ODI指数和SAS评分显著降低(P<0.01),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:个性化综合康复训练对经皮椎间孔镜髓核摘除术后康复效果显著,能明显改善患者腰椎功能,同时能有效缓解焦虑状态。

Objective：To explore the influence of rehabilitation training on postoperative anxiety of patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods：100 patients with percutaneous transforaminal nucleus removal of nucleus pulposus were selected,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.After the operation,the experimental group was given personalized comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the control group was given routine rehabilitation method.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：3 months after the operation,the ODI index and the SAS score in the two groups were significantly lower（P〈0.01）,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The rehabilitative effect of individualized comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients with percutaneous transforaminal nucleus removal of nucleus pulposus was remarkable.It can obviously improve the function of the lumbar vertebra and relieve the anxiety state effectively.
