贵阳市老干部慢性非传染性疾病与生活方式现状分析

Analysis on the status of chronic non communicable diseases and lifestyle in old cadres in Guiyang city

目的:对贵阳市老干部慢性非传染性疾病发病率以及治疗费用进行调查。方法:对贵阳市第一人民医院干部保健科住院患者1 231例进行统计分析,并进行问卷调查。结果:慢性病患病率94.5%,患病率最高的为冠心病,其他依次为高血压、慢阻肺、脑梗死、糖尿病。大部分老干部对于健康生活方式知晓率低。结论:贵阳市离退休老干部健康情况不容乐观。老干部应知晓慢性病的防治知识,保持良好的生活习惯,减少烟酒摄入量。应积极开展老年人健康教育,提高老年人健康水平,增强老干部的自我保健意识。

Objective：To investigate the incidence of chronic non communicable diseases and the cost of treatment for old cadres in Guiyang.Methods：1 231 hospitalized patients in the cadre health care department of the first people＇s hospital in Guiyang were selected,then their clinical data were analyzed,and the questionnaire were carried out.Results：The prevalence rate of chronic disease was 94.5%,and the highest was coronary heart disease,then hypertension,slow resistance lung,cerebral infarction and diabetes in turn.Most old cadres have low awareness of healthy lifestyle.Conclusion：The health situation of retired veteran cadres in Guiyang is not optimistic.Veteran cadres should know the prevention and treatment knowledge of chronic diseases,maintain good living habits,reduce smoking and alcohol intake,actively carry out health education for the elderly,improve the health level of the elderly,and enhance their self-care consciousness.
