摘要
目的:探讨ICU护士专科化岗前培训的现状及培训对策。方法:选取ICU新上岗护士40名。自拟ICU护士专科化岗前培训调查表,对40名ICU新上岗护士进行调查,并对ICU护士专科化岗前培训提出相应的对策。结果:40名ICU新上岗护士喜欢护理工作16名,表现为无所谓,即不喜欢也不厌烦者14名;另外10名是由于父母强迫从事护理工作。岗前培训率100.0%,参加ICU专科化岗前培训率6.0%。结论:ICU护士专科化岗前培训现状需要进一步加强。完善准入机制,加强专科化岗前培训,才能增强培训效果,降低ICU护理风险。
Objective:To investigate the present situation and training countermeasures of ICU nurses' pre job training.Methods:In this paper,40 new ICU nurses were selected.We used self-designed ICU nurse specialized pre job training questionnaire for 40 new ICU nurses,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward for the pre job training of ICU nurses.Results:Of the 40 new nurses in ICU,16 liked nursing work,there were 14 cases who do not like to be dislike or not to be bored,and the other 10 were because their parents were forced to take care of the work.The rate of pre job training was 100%,and the rate of pre job training for ICU was 6%.Conclusion:The status quo of pre service training for ICU nurses needs further improvement,perfect access mechanism,strengthen specialist pre job training,adopt improved training effect and reduce ICU nursing risk.
