摘要 目的:探讨ICU护理人员心理压力来源及有效的疏导干预措施。方法:选取在ICU工作的护理人员20名,结合调查问卷对其心理状态和心理压力进行调查,并于2016年6月开始实施对应的干预策略,观察干预前后护理人员的心理状态改善情况。结果:工作时间长、夜班多、工作矛盾、环境差、强度大等为主要心理压力来源;干预后护理人员焦虑、抑郁、暴躁、强迫症、精神病性等评分均明显降低,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院ICU护理工作量大、任务重、细节多且工作时间不稳定,导致护理人员产生巨大的心理压力,形成不良的心理状态,而通过有效的干预、组织心理减压等,可促使其保持稳定的心理水平,利于保证护理质量。 Objective:To explore the source of psychological pressure and effective intervention measures for ICU nurses.Methods:20 nurses from ICU were selected.The psychological state and psychological stress were investigated with the questionnaire.In June 2016,the corresponding intervention strategy was implemented to observe the improvement of the mental state of the nursing staff before and after the intervention.Results:The main sources of psychological stress were long working hours,night shift,work conflict,poor environment and intensity.After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,irritability,obsessive compulsive disorder and psychosis were significantly reduced,and there was a significant difference in the difference before intervention(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The workload of ICU nursing in hospital is heavy,the tasks are heavy,and the details are more and the work time is not stable,which leads to enormous psychological pressure on nurses and the formation of bad mental state,and through effective intervention and organizational psychological decompression,it can keep the stable psychological level and help to ensure the quality of nursing.
