消单灵眼液治疗家兔实验性单疱性角膜炎的研究

A Research on Experimental HSK of Rabbits Treated With Xiaodanling Eyedrops

本实验选用经组织培养抗单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)试验有效的红药子等中药制成消单灵眼液,对家兔实验性单疱性角膜炎(HSK)进行治疗,证实消单灵眼液对家兔实验性HSK有明显疗效,同时观察了家兔的部分免疫指标和角膜病理变化,并对实验结果及实验方法的若干问题进行了分析讨论。

The modeling method of herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) was improved in this experiment. According to the principles of prescription-grouped of Chinese medicine and the modern pharmacological researches, Xiaodanling eyedrops had been made from the three kinds of Chinese herbs, Hongyaozi, etc., and given to the rabbit models. The results indicated that the average period of recovery was four and a half days, which was obviously superior to the control group. It was considered that this eyedrops had the significantly effect on HSK, and it would be worth studying. Meanwhile, some immune data of rabbits were tested. It was considered that there was no apparent relations between the curative action and the change of immune level of organism. And the pathological changes of the sections of cornea were also observed and the different changes of the experimental groups were further explained.
