如何变革高校普通幼儿教师职前培养模式为关注农村幼儿教师职前培养以解决农村幼儿园教师数量的需求,如何变革高校课程方案体系以培养"下得去、留得住、教得好"的高质量农村幼儿教师,是西部高校幼儿教师职前培养机构亟需思考解决的问题。以甘肃省C高校为例,从甘肃农村幼儿教师的需求现状分析入手,阐述其培养过程中面临的困境和问题,进而提出了变革的发展思路。
