摘要
教师培训者作为教师专业成长中的重要他人,其专业素养的提升关系到教师学习的成效,我们在实践中建构了教师培训者的数据化胜任力模型以及人人参与培训者数据形象刻画的实践机制,并在实践中对基于数据提升教师培训者专业素养的策略进行了积极的探索。本文分享了在动态刻画教师培训者的形象、精准支持他们的自我提升与深度省知方面的经验。
Teacher trainers are important persons in teachers' professional development.The professional literacy of teacher trainers is important to teacher's leaning.In practice,we conceived teacher trainersdigital competency model,constructed the practice mechanism of learners involving trainer's data of image features,and carried on the positive exploration for teacher trainer professional promotion with data.In the paper,this experience is shared on depicting the image of the teacher trainers and accurately supporting for their self-development and self-reflection.
