摘要 农村小规模学校在课程方面面临的最大问题是教师数量少,不能"开齐、开足"课程,更谈不上"开好"课程。所以,农村小规模学校全科教师培训课程设置的根本指导思想就是通过培训教师能够"开齐、开足、开好"国家课程、地方课程及校本课程。为了实现这一目标,在培训中,现代教育教学理论课程运用"一体两翼"培训模式,学科通识课程培训运用开放性教学沙龙模式,教师职业技能及学科技能课程突出实际训练,跟岗实践实施"导师制"。为了更好完成培训任务,今后在课程建设方面应做到课程方案科学化、课程设置全科化、课程实施精准化、课程评价多元化。 The biggest curriculum problem in rural small-scale schools is teacher.You can't open full courses,let alone good ones.The basic guiding ideology of setting all discipline teachers training curriculum in rural small-scale schools is to make most of national,local and school-based curriculum.To achieve this goal,we have to use the"one-body-two-wing training mode",to implement teaching salon mode and to practice the tutorial system with post practice in our teachers' training.We should set scientific course scheme,provide all discipline curriculum designs and diversification of curriculum evaluation in the construction of general practice teacher training curriculum to fulfill the training tasks.
