The Legislation of Lifelong Education in Japan and Its Enlightenment

终身教育自二十世纪发展至今已经逐渐成为一种不可逆转的趋势,世界各国和各地区开展终身教育活动的同时相继颁布了终身教育法律。本文阐述了日本终身教育法的提出,分析其立法内容,指出其立法所存在的问题,以及日本终身教育立法对我国的启示。研究日本终身教育立法可以强化我国终身教育法律法规的建设,促进我国终身教育的发展。

Lifelong education has been an irreversible trend since its development in twentieth Century.Many countries and regions have carried out lifelong education activities and promulgated corresponding laws.This paper expounds the proposal of the Japanese life-long education law,analyzes its legislative content,and points out the problems existing in it.At the same time,it puts forward the enlightenment of the legislation of lifelong education in Japan to our country.The study of Japanese life-long education legislation can strengthen the construction of relevant laws in China and promote the development of life-long education in China.
