The national GNSS continuous operation reference stations （CORS） network is the important part of the national spatial information infrastructure. This paper introduces the definition, function and present situation; expounds the work flow and technical requirements of CORS＇s construction, and describes the equipment installation, system composition and key configuration of the station. The construction characteristics and key technologies of the national CORS are summarized as well. At the end, the application prospects of the national CORS are forecasted.
