论性别公正视域下的农村基层协商民主实践

Practice of Rural Consultative Democracy from the Perspective of Gender Justice

农村基层协商民主是我国乡村治理现代化的有效实现形式。然而,基于性别公正视角的考察,这一在乡村逐渐推行的民主治理方式,却因存在明显的女性边缘化现象,导致其有效性受到质疑,也制约了我国乡村治理现代化的全面推进。在更深层次上,需理性辨识传统性别政治价值观、两性既有权力地位的非对称性及男性精英的自利性等因素在我国乡村治理中所产生的变异机制对农村基层协商民主治理效用的侵蚀,进而在实际操作层面,从协商机制创新入手,寻求有效的解决之道。

The rural level consultative democracy is an effective form of realizing the modernization of rural governance in China.However,based on the perspective of gender justice,the gradual implementation of the democratic governance mode in rural areas is facing the phenomenon of marginalization of women,which leads to the questioning of its validity and the overall promotion of the modernization of rural governance in China.At a deeper level,we need to rationally identify the traditional mechanism of gender politics,the asymmetry in status of two sexes,the selfishness of male elites,and so on.Then,in practical operation level,we can start with the innovation of the consultation mechanism to seek more effective solution.
