Service in Support of Major State Affairs and the Optimization of City Governance System in Beijing

按照北京城市四个中心的战略定位,高标准提升北京城市治理水平成为更好地服务保障重大国事活动的必然要求。本文重点分析了重大国事活动的特点,以及对北京城市治理提出的新挑战,并根据进一步优化北京城市治理体系的优势条件,提出了首都外事工作与城市治理良好互动的建议。

According to the strategic identity of Beijing as four national centers,it becomes necessary that Beijing raise the standards for its city governance for better service and support of major state affairs. This paper analyzes the characteristics of major state affairs and the challenges they pose to Beijing' s governance. It proceeds from further optimizing Beijing' s governance system and puts forward suggestion on the sound interaction between foreign affairs in the capital city and city governance.
