摘要
苏里格气田上古气井出砂是一个普遍现象,出砂不仅给气井生产带来诸多不便,同时对管线和设备造成安全隐患。为此,通过探讨气井出砂机理,总结了苏里格气田目前采取的主要出砂防控措施,并分析了实际应用效果,为将来出砂防控措施的选择和优化提供了一定的参考。研究及实践表明:优化气井配产制度、控制开井速度能够有效防止气井出砂;井口加热排砂当前在冬季调峰期间有着不可替代的作用;井下防砂节流器有效地防止了返吐支撑剂窜入到地面管线;气井出砂含量监测技术能够有效监测气井出砂量,为新投产气井采取防砂措施提供合理依据。
In Sulige gasfield, sand production from the Upper Paleozoic gas wells is still common, bringing about some difficulty during a production and large hidden trouble for pipelines and facilities. So, the sand-producing mechanism was explored, the main sand control measures were made and their application effect was analyzed, all providing a certain reference for future selecting and optimizing these measures. Results show that(1) to optimize one system of production proration and to control another system of well opening can effectively prevent sand production;(2) sand discharge wellhead heating plays an irreplaceable role of peak shaving in winter;(3) downhole sand control chokes may prevent flowback proppant from bypassing surface pipelines; and(4) some technologies to monitor sand-producing content may offer reasonable evidence for new launched gas wells adopting these measures.
