LNG脱苯回收再利用异戊烷的应用探讨

摘要 针对LNG脱苯工艺利用"相似相溶"原理用异戊烷脱苯存在异戊烷消耗量大、成本高等诸多弊端,在不影响正常生产的情况下进行了必要的脱苯工艺改造。经过可行性分析,利用苯和异戊烷的熔点不同这一特性,有效利用LNG产品的冷能脱苯并回收了异戊烷,阐述了工艺改造的流程,订做两台管壳式低温换热器,使其让含苯异戊烷和LNG换热,让苯结晶附着在管束上达到回收再利用异戊烷的目的,从而控制异戊烷的消耗量以降低生产成本。通过脱苯新工艺的实践应用,每年回收异戊烷节省了130多万元的成本,达到了企业降本增效的目的。 The principle of similarity and intermisicibility to remove benzene from LNG, just uses isopentane to remove benzene.However, there are some disadvantages including large isopentane consumption and high cost. So, it's necessary to carry out a process reconstruction of benzene removal with no effect on a normal operation. After feasibility analysis, based on one feature of different melting points between benzene and isopentane, we conducted benzene removal and isopentane recycling through cold energy. In addition, two shell-and-tube heat exchangers were used to implement heat exchange between isopentane with benzene and LNG. After that, benzene crystalline might stick to tube bundles, achieving one goal of isopentane recycling and another of reducing cost to enlarge the revenue. After an application of this process, the isopentane recycling may yearly save more than 1.3 million yuan, attaining the aim of cost decreasing and benefit increasing.
