摘要 青岛LNG接收站自投产以来逐渐成为华北天然气市场供应的主力气源,介绍了接收站的投产运行情况,通过对上游PNG LNG与AP LNG两种资源的供给能力、接收站码头的最大接卸能力、接收站最大的外输能力、下游市场消化能力4个方面测算并评估青岛LNG接收站的最大周转能力,可知接收站最大周转能力的最主要制约因素为下游市场消化能力,其次为码头接卸能力;但随着能源消费结构持续升级、下游市场需求量不断扩大,码头接卸能力或将成为影响LNG接收站最大周转能力的最关键因素。 Qingdao LNG receiving station has gradually become the main source of natural gas supply in north China since it was put into operation. The paper introduces the production and operation of Qingdao LNG receiving station and calculates and evaluates its maximum turnover capacity based on the upstream PNG LNG and AP LNG supply capacity, the maximum discharge capacity of the wharf of the receiving station, the maximum external transmission capacity of the receiving station and the downstream market digestion capacity. It is the known the main factors restraining the maximum turnover capacity of the receiving station are downstream market digestion capacity and then the discharge capacity of the wharf. However, with the continuous upgrading of the energy consumption structure and the continuously expanding downstream market demands, the discharge capacity of wharf may become the most critical factor affecting the maximum turnover capacity of the LNG receiving station.
