摘要
从FSE赛车性能的需求出发,设计了一款安全可靠的悬架。利用ANSYS软件对赛车悬架关键零件进行静态分析,检验悬架结构设计是否合理。最终仿真结果表明,该悬架在工况中出现的最大应力值、应变值远小于悬架材料的许用值,能够满足赛车规范性、安全性的要求。
According to the FSE racing performance requirements, design a safe and reliable suspension. Use ANSYS software to analyze the key parts of the car suspension, and check whether the suspension structure is designed. The final simulation results show that the maximum stress value and strain value appearing in the suspension are much smaller than the allowable value of the suspension material, which can meet the requirements of the standard and safety of the race.
