摘要
荀子作为先秦儒家最后一位大师,以"礼"论作为构建其思想的核心,提倡"礼"的法度精神,"礼"中有"法","法"在"礼"中,强调以"法"的强制约束力来规范人的不善行为,主张"礼"是人性本恶通向人格之美的必由之路。荀子的"礼"论将人们内在的道德修为与外在的法度约束两者巧妙结合,为儒家的人格修塑提供了不一样的进路,彰显出与孔、孟儒家教育的独特之处。其所蕴含的价值意义对当今的人格教育也颇有启发。
As the last master of Pre-Qin Confucianism,Xunzi adopted "rite" as the core of his ideology and advocated its legal spirit by emphasizing the mandatory force of "law" to standardize people's misconduct because he believed that "rite" is the only way to save human personality from evil to virtue,which integrated people's internal moral cultivation with external constraints,providing a different approach to Confucianist personality cultivation and highlighting the uniqueness of the Confucian education from Confucius and Mencius,which is still significant for personality cultivation in China.
