安徽农业供给侧存在的结构性矛盾及其改革对策

The Structural Contradictions and Its Reform Countermeasures for Agricultural Supply-side in Anhui

文章围绕进一步深化推进安徽农业供给侧结构性改革,以马克思主义政治经济学为视角,在已有研究的基础上明确界定农业供给侧结构性改革的理论内涵。从全省粮食供给、农产品整体供给能力、农产品供给质量、农业内部供给结构共四个方面分析了安徽农业供给侧结构性改革面临的结构性矛盾,提出新时期安徽深化推进农业供给侧结构性改革,应重点破解安徽农业供给侧带来的结构性矛盾。改革应密切结合安徽省情和区位优势,在制度和措施两个方面同时发力,从而在保障农产品供给质量的前提下,做强。

In order to further promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side in Anhui,on the basis of existing research,we have defined the connotation of agricultural supply-side structural reform in the perspective of marxist political economics. According to four aspects,such as the province's food supply,the overall supply capacity of agricultural products, the supply quality of agricultural products, and the internal supply structure, we try to analyze the structural contradictions of Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply-side in Anhui. In order to further promoting the reform in this new period, we suggested that we should focus on solving the problems of structural contradictions from agricultural supply-side. After that, the reform should closely integrate the situation and the location advantage of Anhui Province. By using reform system and measures, we can make agricultural supply side become stronger and optimizer on the premise of ensuring the quality of agricultural products' supply.
