网络问政中领导干部语言运用能力提升

互联网的快速发展,为民众工作生活的方方面面带来了许多便利。而网络问政的兴起不仅为民众参与社会政治生活提供了便捷的途经,同时也对领导干部语言运用能力提出了更高的要求。但由于对网络问政和网络语言运用的重要性认识不足,领导干部自身能力的限制和传统行政思想等原因的影响,部分领导干部在网络问政中存在缺乏耐心倾听民意、语言运用过于官方和空洞无味的问题,影响了网络问政的最终效果。为了确保网络问政的效果能够更好地实现,文章着重从领导干部语言运用能力提升进行探究,提出了提升对网络问政重要性的认识、倾听民意;加强学习,增强自身文化积累;了解和掌握网络语言,掌握语言运用技巧等对策。

The rapid development of the internet has brought many conveniences for all aspects of people's work and life. The rise of network politics not only provides a convenient way for people to participate in social and political life,but also puts forward higher requirements for the language use ability of leading cadres. But because of the importance of network governance and the use of network language to ask inadequate understanding of the effect of leading cadres of their own capacity constraints and the traditional administrative thought and other reasons,some of the leading cadres in the network asked the lack of patience to listen to public opinion,too official and empty by the presence of political language,impact on the effect of the network politics. In order to ensure that the network governance effect can be better realized,this article mainly from the leading cadres ability to use the language to enhance research,put forward to enhance the understanding of the importance of network politics to listen to public opinion; strengthen learning,enhance their own cultural accumulation; understand and grasp the network language,master the skills of using language strategies.
