摘要
根据对重庆两个供电所的调研,针对供电所的主要岗位职责、能力要求,设计出3大培训模块,每个模块由培训单元、培训内容、培训场地及培训方式等内容组成。电力企业可按实际需要选择相应的模块,使电力营销人员的模块化培训更标准化、规范化,提升电力营销人员整体业务素质。
According to the survey of two power supply stations in Chongqing,based on main post responsibilities and competency requirements of power supply stations,this paper introduces the design of three modules,each of which is composed of relevant training units,contents,sites and patterns. Power enterprises can choose corresponding modules based on their actual demands to realize more standardized and normalized modular training for power marketing staff members as well as promoting their overall professional qualities.
