应用型本科大学生能力素质评价体系的构建

A Study on the Establishment of the Competency Evaluation System for Students in Application-Oriented Universities

基于麦克里兰提出的能力素质模型理论,对经营管理类大学生应具备的能力素质进行分析,从能力素质评价原则、评价主体、评价内容和评价方法出发,建立了应用型本科经营管理类大学生能力素质评价体系,并针对实施过程中可能存在的问题进行简要分析。

Based on David Mc Clelland 's theory of the competency model,this paper analyzes the competency of students majoring in economics and management. In addition,it introduces the establishment of the competency evaluation system for such students in application-oriented universities in the aspects of the principles,subjects,contents and methods of the evaluation as well as analyzing possible problems in its implementation.
