摘要
银行业价值观形成的基础包括物质基础、制度基础和精神基础。国内银行业在经营管理过程中形成的价值观具有道德观念、风险管理、团队文化和服务特征等特点,银行业价值观带来了凝聚、教育感化、激励制约和树立形象的作用。从某种意义上来说,银行业价值观的本质和最终目的是为社会的发展提供高效优质的金融服务,并以高度的责任感进行其应有的社会担当。
The formation basis of banking value concept includes the material,institutional and spiritual level.The domestic banking value formed in the process of operating management possesses moral concepts,risk management,team culture and service characteristics.The banking values have brought roles of cohesion,education,incentive,restriction and establishment of image.In a sense,the essential and ultimate goal of the banking values is to provide efficient and high-quality financial services for the development of society,and carry out its due social obligation with a high sense of responsibility.
