《民国时期城市失业问题及其对策研究(1912-1949)》,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,以档案、报纸、期刊等200余种文献资料为支撑,运用历史学、经济学、社会学、失业保险学、社会保障学等学科的理论,采用宏观与微观相结合的方法,对1912—1949年中国城市失业问题及其应对策略进行了系统、深入的研究。既有各个历史阶段失业问题及其对策的纵向梳理,又有同一时期不同行业的失业及其应对措施的横向比较,对个别问题侧重选取微观个案,进行深度解析,注重典型性与整体性的有机结合,再现了民国时期失业的多重面相。从社会史、经济史维度拓宽了民国史研究领域,在学界尚属首次。全书论据充分,立论平实,反映了作者扎实的史学功底,实为民国失业史领域一部拓荒之作。

On the basis of previous research,Urban Unemployment Problem and Its Countermeasures( 1912-1949) takes archives,newspapers,periodicals,etc. more than 200 kinds of literature materials as literature support,takeshistory,economics,sociology,unemployment insurance,social security and other disciplines as theoretical tools,and conducts a systematical and deep study on the problem of urban unemployment and its countermeasures in China( 1912-1949) through both macroscopic and microscopic methods. Apart from the analysis of unemployment problems and countermeasures during various historical periods,there is a comparison of the unemployment problems and countermeasures of the different industries in the same period in Urban Unemployment Problem and Its Countermeasures( 1912-1949),in which specific cases with individual problems are mainly focused on,and are analyzed deeply,combination of typicality and integrity is valued,the complicated unemployment situationin of the republic of China is embodied again. This book broadens the historical field of study from the dimension of social history and economic history,which is the first time in academia. With sufficient argument and clear-cut points,Urban Unemployment Problem and Its Countermeasures( 1912-1949) reflects solid historical knowledge of the author,is a pioneering work in the field of unemployment in the Republic of China.
