摘要
白城市是吉林西最北端的一座城市,地势平坦,水资源匮乏;雨季降水较多,易造成内涝.诸多原因使得将白城市改造并建设成为新型的海绵城市刻不容缓.
The Baicheng city is the northernmost city in Jilin province with flat terrain and the scarcity of water. The amount of precipitation is comparably more during the rainy season and directlyand easily leading to floods in the city. With regard to kinds of reasons,it is crucial with that ofthe renewal of Baicheng city and the construction of a new type sponge city.
