摘要
通过分析师源性心理障碍的表现形式得知,造成特殊儿童形成师源性心理障碍的主要原因在于特殊教育教师错误的观念或行为,惩罚、批评的教育方法,不当的成就动机,自身心理问题以及心理健康知识的缺乏等.因而通过改变特殊教育教师错误的观念或行为,提高其心理健康水平等对策来消除特殊儿童的师源性心理障碍.
Through the analysis of the manifestations of Teacher-originated Psychological Obstacle,it is found that the main reason for the formation of Teacher-originated Psychological Obstacle of special children lies in the error idea or behavior of teachers,the method of punishment,the method of criticism,the improper achievement motivation,and their own psychological problems,as well as the lack of mental health knowledge.Therefore,by changing the correct ideas or behaviors of special education teachers and improving their mental health level to eliminated it.
