The construction of double-professional team major in university financial management has a large scale,optimal knowledge structure,high comprehensive qualityof teachers. However,it has the difficulties involves no 'double-professional certificate',unreasonable structure and teachers' training problems. With regard of this,the construction of double-professional teachers can be targeted in the local undergraduate colleges and universities their characteristics,the transformation of applied type services and connect with the company.
