圆形紧凑拉伸法测定混凝土双K断裂参数

DETERMINATION OF DOUBLE-K FRACTURE PARAMETERS OF CONCRETE USING MODIFIED ROUND COMPACT TENSION SPECIMENS

摘要 采用改进的圆形紧凑拉伸法来测定混凝土的双K参数,试件直径从150mm变化到300mm,共计4组16个试件。试验结果显示,由改进的圆形紧凑拉伸法获得的双K断裂参数与传统试验方法相比,数据离散性合理。试验起裂韧度的数据方差一般小于0.01;失稳韧度的数据方差最小为0.008,一般小于0.06。本试验测定的双K参数与以往文献的数据相比,误差在10%~30%之间。说明改进的圆形紧凑拉伸法是稳定可靠的断裂力学试验方法。 The double -K fracture parameters of concrete are measured by an modified roundcompact tension method. The diameter of the specimen is changed from 150mm to 300mm, with a totalof 4 sets of 16 specimens.The experimental results show that the double-K fracture parameters ob-tained by the modified round compact tension method are reasonable in comparison with the traditionaltest method. The data variance of the initial cracking toughness in the test is generally less than 0.01,and the minimum data variance of the unstable fracture toughness is 0.008, which is less than 0.06.The double-K parameters measured in this experiment are compared with the data in the previous lit-erature, and the error is between 10%~30% It is proved that the modified round compact tensionmethod is a stable and reliable fracture mechanics test method.
