摘要 旭辉花园西区A区一期工程室内为90mm厚预制混凝土内隔墙条板,门洞顶部设计下挂板取代过梁,现场下挂板前期施工与楼层板一次现浇。从下挂板支模、绑钢筋、浇筑混凝土整体施工情况来看,其综合质量不太理想,通过拆模后的实体质量检查,发现立面不垂直、涨模、漏浆、不密实、轴线偏差、露筋、夹渣等,为提升下挂板施工质量,达到合同约定的第三方飞行检查评估要求,研究分析并决定采用预留下挂板钢筋并二次浇筑,此工艺改进效果明显,避免了后期剔凿修补带来的裂缝隐患,同时也提高了工程经济效益。 The first phase project ofA district of Xuhui Garden West District is 90-thick prefab-ricated concrete inner wall slats. The lower part of the top of the door is designed to replace the beam.The pre-construction and floor slab are cast in-situ under the scene. From the peg board mold,tiedsteel, pouring concrete overall construction situation, the overall quality is not ideal, after demolition ofthe physical quality inspection found that the facade is not vertical,up mold,leakage of plasma,notdense, the axis Deviations, tendons,slag inclusions, etc., in order to enhance the quality of the con-struction of the pendant, to achieve the third-party contract inspection contract assessment require-ments, we research and analysis and decided to use the reserved siding rebar and secondary pouring,the improvement effect of this process is obvious, to avoid the cracks caused by the late biting repairhidden dangers, but also improve the economic efficiency of the project.
