摘要
通过在PHC管桩混凝土使用的10~20mm石子中分别搭配不同比例5~10mm石子或16~31.5mm石子作为粗骨料的对比试验及生产实践,结果表明,不同混合石子级配对混凝土工作性能、抗压强度、管桩内部结构及外观质量影响各不相同,提出在PHC管桩生产应用中最佳掺量5~10mm石子为5%~10%,16~31.5mm石子为50%~70%,为节能降耗和综合利用石资源提供依据。
The 10~20mm stones used in PHC concrete pile was prepared at different ratio of 5~10mm stones to 16~31.5mm stones in the paper. Contrast tests on performance of the mixed coarse ag-gregates and the PHC Pipe Piles were conducted. Results show that the influences of the mixed grada-tion on workability,compressive strength, internal structure and appearance quality of PHC concretepipe pile vary a lot. The suitable mass ratio of 5~10mm stone to 16~31.5mm stone was gained as 5%~10% to 50%~70%.The test provides solid basis of energy saving and comprehensive utilization of stoneresources in PHC pile pile production.
