天津市农民专业合作社发展问题及对策研究

Research on the Development Problems and Countermeasures of Farmers′ Professional Cooperatives in Tianjin

农民专业合作社是为适应现代农业的快速发展,由农民自愿联合、民主管理建立的新型经济组织。天津市农民专业合作社发展迅速,但发展中仍然存在一定的问题,影响现代都市型农业的发展,阻碍产业融合的步伐。本文在系统分析天津市农民专业合作社发展现状及存在问题基础上,提出提高合作社带头人素质,强化合作社文化理念,促进一、二、三产业融合等对策,以促进天津市农民专业合作社健康发展及农民收入的提高。

Farmers′ professional cooperative was a new type of economic organization established by the farmers′ voluntary union and democratic management to adapt to the rapid development of modern agriculture. Tianjin farmer professional cooperatives developed rapidly, but there were still some problems in the development, affecting the development of modern urban agriculture, hinder the pace of industrial integration. Based on the systematic analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the development of farmers′ professional cooperatives in Tianjin, some countermeasures put forward to promote the healthy development of peasants ′ professional cooperatives and improve the income of peasants, such as improving the quality of cooperatives ＇ leaders, strengthening the cultural concept of cooperatives and promoting the integration of agriculture, industry and service industry.
