福建省2016年登革热与蚊媒监测结果分析

Analysis on Dengue and Mosquito-borne Surveillance Results in Fujian Province,2016

目的:分析福建省登革热疫情及其传播媒介白纹伊蚊分布情况和动态变化,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法:收集整理2016年福建省登革热数据和22区县蚊媒监测点数据,蚊媒密度指标采用容器指数(CI)和布雷图指数(BI)。结果:全省共报告发病976例,其中输入性病例55例、本地病例921例,无死亡病例,发病率2.54/10万;全年发病最多的月份依次为8月、9月和10月,共占比92.01%。全省蚊媒监测点CI为12.23%;高传播风险(BI>20)记录数为159个,占比10.31%。CI较高的月份为5-10月。CI居前的区县分别为集美、晋安、新罗,分别为52.07%、33.26%、23.13%。高传播风险(BI>20)占比居前的为思明、晋安、福清,分别为37.50%、30.43%、26.04%。存在高传播风险(BI>20)的蚊媒生境为废旧物品处、医院和居民区,分别占比46.43%、38.89%和9.86%。结论:思明、晋安、集美等蚊媒密度较高区县以及医院、港口/码头/车站等人口流动频繁复杂场所,传播登革热风险较大,应加强蚊媒监测和综合控制。

Objective:To analyze the epidemic situation of dengue fever,and its distribution and dynamic changes of Aedes albopictus vector in Fujian province,in order to provide scientific basis for the formulation of control strategy.Methods:Data of dengue and mosquito vector monitoring points were collected and collated in fujian province,2016.The index of mosquito vector density were the container index(CI)and the breteau index(BI).Results:A total of 976 cases were reported,including 55 cases of imported cases,921 cases of local cases,and no deaths,which the incidence was2.54/10 million.The most frequent months were August,September and October,accounting for 92.01%.The CI of mosquito vector monitoring points was 12.23%,and the number of high transmission risk(BI>20)was 159,accounting for 10.31%.The higher month of CI were 5~10 months.The CI of Jimei,Jin'an,Xinluo were higher,with52.07%,33.26%,23.13% respectively.Jin'an,Fuqing,Siming has higher of high risk of transmission(BI>20),accounted for 37.50%,30.43%,26.04%,respectively.The mosquito vector habitats with high transmission risk(BI>20)were waste goods,hospitals and residential areas,which accounted for 46.43%,38.89%and 9.86%respectively.Conclusion:Siming,Jin'an,Jimei that with high mosquito density,and hospital,port/terminal/station population flow complex places,which have the greater risk of dengue fever transmission,should strengthen mosquito monitoring and comprehensive control.
