口腔颌面部骨折200例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 200 Cases of Oral and Maxillofacial Fractures

目的:对200例口腔颌面部骨折患者的临床诊断和治疗进行探究和分析。方法:从2015年3月~2017年3月期间某院收治的所有口腔颌面部骨折患者中选取其中的200例作为研究对象,对这200例口腔颌面部骨折患者的年龄、性别、致伤的原因、损伤的部位、骨折的类型以及治疗的方法等资料进行回顾性分析。将这200例患者按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,两组各100例,其中对照组采用牙弓夹板颌间牵引固定的保守治疗方法进行治疗,研究组采用开放复位坚强内固定的手术治疗方法进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:从骨折的部位和类型上看,主要有下颌骨骨折、上颌骨骨折以及颧骨骨折;从致伤的原因来看,主要有交通事故伤、其中包括机动车致伤、非机动车致伤,他伤、意外事故伤等;经过治疗之后对比发现,研究组患者的治疗效果与对照组之间存在差异,研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:总的来说,主要的致伤原因就是交通事故和意外工伤;对于口腔颌面部骨折的治疗,选择开放复位坚强内固定进行治疗,能够取得有效的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of 200 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods:200 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures treated in a hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study.The age,Sex,the cause of injury,the location of the injury,the type of fracture and the method of treatment and other information of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.200 patients were divided into control group and study group according to the different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conservative treatment of dental arch splint and intermaxillary traction,and the study group was treated with open reduction and rigid internal fixation,then the treatment effect between the two groups were compared.Results:From the location and type of fracture,there were mandibular fractures,maxillary fractures and zygomatic fractures;From the cause of injury,there were traffic accidents,including motor vehicle injuries,non-motor vehicle injuries,accident injury,etc.After treatment,it was found that there was a difference between the therapeutic effect of the patients in the study group and that of the control group,and the treatment effect of the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In general,the main cause of the injury is traffic accidents and accidental work injury;For the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures,the choice of open reduction and rigid internal fixation for treatment can achieve effective treatment effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
