绝经后女性阵发性房颤患者超声心动图的特点

Characteristics of Echocardiography in Postmenopausal Women with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的:了解绝经后女性阵发性房颤超声心动图的特点。方法:分析女性阵发性房颤患者111例,分为两组,其中绝经后女性组81例,绝经前女性组30例,对比超声心动图等的差异。结果:绝经后女性组患高血压多于绝经前女性组,左房内径和二尖瓣返流面积大于后者。结论:绝经后女性阵发性房颤患者超声心动图的改变,对房颤的发展和预后,可能有不利影响。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of echocardiography in postmenopausal women with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:111 female patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups,including 81 postmenopausal women and 30 premenopausal women.The differences of echocardiography between the two groups were compared.Results:The proportion of hypertension in postmenopausal women was higher than that in premenopausal women.The left atrial diameter and mitral regurgitation area of the postmenopausal women were larger than those of the premenopausal women.Conclusion:The changes of echocardiography in postmenopausal women with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation may have adverse effects on the development and prognosis of atrial fibrillation.
