摘要
目的:评价在颅脑超声检查中,联合应用小凸阵与高频线阵双探头诊断小儿颅内出血(ICH)的临床价值。方法:选择某院2015年11月~2017年2月73例疑似ICH患儿,利用低频凸阵探头和高频线阵探头对73例疑似患儿进行颅脑超声检查,并以CT检查为金标准,对比分析超声检查的结果。结果:73例疑似患儿中,CT检查确诊47例为小儿ICH,而高频线阵探头检查的诊断符合率为81.40%,凸阵探头诊断符合率72.09%,两种探头联合应用诊断符合率93.02%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿ICH超声诊断中,联合应用小凸阵与高频线阵探头能够清晰探查到颅内组织结构变化,显著提高临床诊断的准确性,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of small convex array combined with high frequency linear array in the diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in craniocerebral ultrasound examination in children.Methods:73 children with suspected intracranial hemorrhage treated in a hospital from November 2015 to February2017 were selected.Using low-frequency convex array probe and high-frequency linear array probe,73 suspected children were examined by craniocerebral ultrasound,and the CT examination was taken as the gold standard.Then the results of ultrasonic examination were compared and analyzed.Results:Among 73 suspected children,47 cases were diagnosed as ICHs by CT,while the diagnostic coincidence rate of high frequency linear array probe was 81.40%,the diagnostic coincidence rate of convex array probe was 72.09%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of combined application of two probes was 93.02%,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of ICH in children,the combination of small convex array and high frequency linear array probe can clearly detect the changes of intracranial tissue structure,and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,which has good clinical application value.
