脊柱外科护理中应用优质护理对患者并发症与满意度的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Patients' Complications and Satisfaction in Spinal Surgery Nursing

目的:分析脊柱外科护理中应用优质护理对患者并发症与满意度的影响。方法:选择2016年2月~2017年3月76例脊柱外科患者根据随机数字表分组,各38例。常规护理组采用常规护理方法,优质护理组应用优质护理,比较两组护理满意度、术后住院时间、患者并发症发生率。结果:优质护理组护理满意度高于常规护理组(P<0.05),优质护理组术后住院时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05),优质护理组并发症发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱外科护理中应用优质护理对患者并发症与满意度的影响大,可有效减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间,提升患者满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality care on patients' complications and satisfaction in spinal surgery.Methods:76 patients in spine surgery treated in a hospital from February 2016 to March2017 were divided into routine nursing group and high quality nursing group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The routine nursing group received the routine care method,and the quality nursing group was given the high quality nursing,then the nursing satisfaction,postoperative hospital stays,and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction of high quality nursing group is higher than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).The hospitalization of the quality nursing group was shorter than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of high quality nursing group was lower than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of high quality nursing in spinal surgery has great influence on patients' complications and satisfaction,which can effectively reduce complications,shorten hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction,and is worth using for reference.
