临床护理干预应用于42例胎盘早剥产妇的护理价值研究

Nursing Value of Clinical Nursing Intervention in 42 Cases of Placental Abruption

目的:判断胎盘早剥产妇中施以护理干预的必要性。方法:抽选2015年2月~2017年2月入院的42例患有胎盘早剥产妇,随机分组,甲组21例施予一般干预,乙组21例施以护理干预,详细记录甲/乙组干预满意度、SDS分数、SAS分数,并进行对比。结果:甲组21例干预满意率71.43%(15/21),乙组21例是95.23%(20/21),P<0.05;同时乙组产妇SDS计分、SAS计分都比甲组产妇低,P<0.05。结论:临床干预胎盘早剥产妇时,施以护理干预可行性高,有推荐价值。

Objective:To judge the necessity of nursing intervention in placental abruption.Methods:42 cases of patients with placental abruption treated in a hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 21 cases in each group.The group A was given general intervention,and the group B was given nursing intervention,then the intervention satisfaction,SDS score,and the SAS score in the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The satisfactory rate of intervention was 71.43%(15/21)in group A and 95.23% group B(20/21)(P<0.05);At the same time,the scores of SDS and SAS in the group B were lower than those in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical intervention of placental abruption,nursing intervention is feasible and has recommended value.
