Nursing Experience of Newborns in the Same Room of Mother and Infant

目的:探讨共同参与式护理应用于母婴同室新生儿护理中的效果。方法:选取某医院收治的90例母婴同室新生儿作为研究对象,根据随机综合序贯法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组采用共同参与式护理,观察两组新生儿的护理效果。结果:观察组不良反应、安全意外事故、家属投诉的发生率以及护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:共同参与式护理应用于母婴同室新生儿护理中的效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the mutual effects of the application of participatory nursing in neonatal nursing in the same room of mother and infant.Methods:90 newborns in the same room of mother and infant treated in a hospital were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to the random comprehensive sequential method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with participatory nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups of newborns was observed.Results:The adverse reactions,safety accidents,the incidence of family complaints and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of participatory nursing in the nursing of newborns in the same room of mother and infant is very effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
