空气波压力循环治疗仪预防脑卒中后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果

Effect of Air Wave Pressure Circulation Therapy Instrument on Prevention of Deep Vein Formation in Lower Extremities after Stroke

目的:观察空气波压力循环治疗仪在预防脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法:选取某科在2016年2月~2017年2月收治的98例脑卒中患者,平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用空气波压力循环治疗仪治疗,检测两组患者股静脉、腘静脉血流速度,比较LEDVT发生率。结果:观察组股静脉、腘静脉血流速度明显快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血栓发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者的护理措施中加用空气波压力循环治疗仪可有效预防LEDVT的发生,提高护理水平及患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of air wave pressure circulation therapy instrument on preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods:98 cases of stroke patients from February 2016 to February 2017 in a hospital were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given air wave pressure cycle therapy on the basis of control group.We detected two groups of patients with femoral vein,popliteal vein blood flow velocity and compared the incidence of LEDVT.Results:The flow velocity of femoral vein,popliteal vein blood in the observation group was significantly faster than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the incidence of thrombosis in observation group was significantly lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of air wave pressure cycle therapy instrument can effectively prevent the occurrence of LEDVT,improve the level of nursing and the quality of life of patients with stroke,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
