摘要
针对擦黑板费时、费力、粉尘飞扬、粉末清理困难、黑板板面容量有限等问题,采用三棱柱结构同步转换来增加黑板的板面,利用摩擦力的作用实现无尘擦除机构对三棱柱面灰尘的清理工作,设计出了一种无扬尘、快速、自动清理的三棱柱黑板。在黑板结构设计过程中,利用ADAMS软件分析虚拟样机的结构在运行过程中的受力情况,优化传动构件的运动参数,使黑板结构设计更加合理可靠;为了实现自动化清理黑板,通过以stm32芯片为主控单元,蓝牙通信的方式完成黑板的旋转及擦除工作。仿真结果表明:该结构形式的三棱柱黑板传动可靠、结构合理、切实可行,为黑板的实际应用提供一种新的思路。
Due to the problem of time-consuming,laborious,hazardous to health,hard to clean up the chalk and inadequate of blackboard board face in cleaning the blackboard,the design of a triangular prism blackboard with using the spatial structural of the three prism to increase the amount of blackboard writing,transfer handwriting surface to the back by rotating.By using the friction force,the dust cleaning mechanism of the dust cleaning mechanism is realized,therefore devised a few dust,rapid,automatic cleaning the triangular prism of the blackboard.In the designing process of the blackboard structure,the ADAMS software is used to analyze the force of the virtual prototype structure in the process of operation,to optimize the movement parameters of the driving components,make the structure of blackboard more reasonable and reliable in designing;In order to realize the automation of cleaning the blackboard,using the stm32 chip as the main control unit and the method of bluetooth communication complete the rotation of blackboard and erase work.The simulation results show that the structure of the three prism blackboard is reasonable and practical,and it provides a new idea for the practical application of blackboard.
