摘要
在大多数情况下,提高切削参数比增加刀具寿命更利于获得高利润,但优化后的切削参数往往忽略刀具磨损的影响。以制动盘为切削载体,以DEFORM为仿真平台,建立切削仿真模型,研究了优化后的切削参数对刀具磨损影响,仿真结果与实际切削过程一致,验证了仿真的有效性,从而为研究者提供了一种选择合理优化参数的方法。
In most cases,the improvement of cutting parameters is more conducive to high profit than the increase of tool life,but the optimized cutting parameters often ignore the influence of tool wear. Taking the brake disc as cutting vehicle and deform as the simulation platform,the cutting simulation model is established. the effect of cutting parameters on tool wear is studied. the simulation results are consistent with the actual cutting process,and the simulation results are validated.
